The actress Kokone Sasaki, perhaps best known for her willingness to do extensive nude sex scenes in her career and for her nude photo shoots, has announced her marriage.
Sasaki is now 34 and shared the news with fans last week on social media that she has married fellow actor Yusuke Kano, who is 38.
Sasaki’s nude sex scenes include the sexploitation film Call Boy (2018), porn star Mana Sakura’s The Lowlife (2017), and Hello, My Dolly Girlfriend (2013), in which she plays a female mannequin who comes to life and which also starred Mitsu Dan and Yuki Mamiya — two other Japanese actresses who have shown a frequent willingness to go nude for the cameras.
She has also done full-frontal nude shoots, though these were paipan (shaved) and so may not quite count as “hair nudes.”
Sasaki was also a gravure idol and released some image videos, and a musician who has released several albums and singles over the years.
She has eight major photo book publications to her name, plus numerous self-published ones.
While many Japanese actresses shy away from nude scenes altogether or only do one or two in edgy, low-budged productions at the very start of their career, Kokone Sasaki fully embraced her sex appeal and appeared in numerous roles that called for her to strip off, almost to the extent that she was typecast in erotic films (which also happened to, say, Yuki Mamiya, essentially confining her to sexploitation or micro-budget indies).
She has broadened her range in more recent years, and this latest news also proves that nudity need not impact either your professional or personal happiness.
