Every time we think Tama Toys can’t surprise us anymore, its designers come up with a truly WTF concept and our proverbial jaw hits the table.
Hats off and cocks out, the brand has done it again with one of its latest releases: the Kodoku Tsubo Poisonous Insect Pot Onahole.
The toy is whacky as its title suggests. The visuals on the box art and the toy itself are even crazier.
The masturbator is inspired by a Nara-era kind of magic called kodoku, in which poison is extract from the most venomous, strongest insects. It is derived from Chinese gu magic.
It has played a big part in manga and games over the years, but is perhaps most famous for its appearance in the bestselling fantasy novel Teito Monogatari, which narrates the modern history of Tokyo as an occult city.
How to create kodoku? Here is one example.
On May 5th, 100 species of insects were collected, the larger ones were snakes, the smaller ones were lice, Place them inside, let them eat each other, and keep what is left of the last species. If it is a snake, it is a serpent, if it is a louse, it is a louse. Do this and kill a person.
The pot or jar is the vessel that houses these ferocious creatures. The surviving one is the strongest. If you extract the fluid of this creature, you will have a poison that you can use to curse, control, or kill your victim.
Sounds kinda creepy, right? Not exactly the usual stuff of sex toys!
But that’s where Tama Toys comes in and uses its expertise to turn an insane-sounding concept into a genuinely effective and stimulating onahole.
The Kodoku Tsubo Poisonous Insect Pot Onahole comes in an orange color and borrows the look of that titular jar that is crawling with insects. But these are not just novel decoration: these “ingredients” add stimulation if you lube up and slide yourself inside the medium-soft outer “pot.”
The entrance is nice and tight (you can close it up to conjure up a better vacuum sensation), and the inner chamber has walls lined with insectoid textures. As regular Japanese masturbator uses will know, this is actually perfectly in keeping with the common metaphor of the “1,000 earthworms” (mimizu-senbiki) to describe vaginal textures that wriggle over your member during penetration.
The Kodoku Tsubo Poisonous Insect Pot Onahole is available internationally from Kanojo Toys.
Previous Tama Toys releases to similarly grab our attention include the Grasp Heart Masturbator. Yes, it is what the name suggests!
